HawksCode (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides professional IT services, consulting, staffing, and project-based solutions.
Due to the nature of these services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. No Automatic Refunds

Payments made to HawksCode are not automatically refundable.

All services are delivered based on:

  • Time allocation
  • Resource assignment
  • Project planning and execution efforts

Once work has commenced, costs are incurred immediately in the form of personnel, planning, and operational resources.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Services have not yet commenced, and
  • No resources have been allocated or work initiated, and
  • A written refund request is submitted within the agreed timeframe (if applicable)

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or processing costs.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

  • Dedicated developer or team hiring
  • IT consulting sessions or advisory services
  • Project discovery, analysis, or planning work
  • Work completed under time & material engagements
  • Milestone-based or partially delivered project work
  • Technical support or maintenance services

5. Project-Based Engagements

For fixed-scope or milestone-based projects:

  • Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Partial refunds, if any, will be evaluated based on:
    • Work completed
    • Deliverables handed over
    • Contractual terms

Details regarding refunds for such engagements will be governed by the individual service agreement.

6. Dedicated Resource Engagements

For dedicated developer, team, or staffing engagements:

  • Fees are charged based on allocated time and availability
  • No refunds are provided for time already utilized
  • Future billing adjustments may be discussed subject to notice periods defined in the agreement

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund should be considered due to service-related concerns:

  • Please contact us in writing with detailed information
  • We will review the request fairly and in good faith
  • Resolution may include clarification, corrective action, or partial adjustment where appropriate

Refund decisions made by HawksCode are final unless otherwise required by law or contract.

8. Payment Method & Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers
  • HawksCode is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors
